British tannery C. F. Stead is renowned worldwide for its premium leather and is a staple on our Northamptonshire production line. For this new edition of our 1460 8-eye boot we've used the tannery's Tufted Nubuck: a soft fine-grain leather made using the reverse side of nubuck. Tufted Nubuck is versatile hardwearing and easy to wear with a distinctively textured appearance. Expertly handcrafted in our Northamptonshire factory the boot stands on our rugged Bex sole is detailed with antique gold eyelets and is marked with our signature yellow welt stitching and AirWair heel loop.
