Rates: Actual shipping costs except in the case of a promotion
Shipping times: Shipping within 48 hours (2 working days) after receipt of payment
Delivery times: Tracked delivery 48 hours (2 working days) except in the event of exceptional delay by the carrier.
These deadlines exclude orders placed on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping costs depend on location and weight.
For most locations, parcels are, in principle, delivered to the Customer within 15 working days.
All orders are shipped by French postal service, DHL, UPS or equivalent.
The Client is required to provide all the information necessary for the proper execution of the delivery of the goods: surname, first name, delivery or collection and billing address if different from the delivery address, telephone number.
You will be charged additional shipping costs if the goods are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this number to be registered in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before proceeding with tracking, as the information may not be available immediately. International customers should be aware that shipping updates may or may not be available once the package has left France.
International orders may be subject to local fees. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country.
For this reason, Oceospashop cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. Please be aware of any additional fees that your local customs office may charge before placing your order.
By agreeing to these Terms of Purchase and Shipping, you also consent to receive other electronic communications from us in connection with Oceospashop, including information related to products, contests, promotions, special offers, and any other commercial messages. Of course, you can unsubscribe from receiving commercial e-mails from us at any time.
Any request for the return of a Product by the Client will be made either by email to the following address: contact@oceospashop.com, indicating his order number. If goods are returned without prior agreement - there is no guarantee of money back or credit note.
Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item - Please read carefully our return conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please note that Oceospashop will not be responsible for any return shipping costs (nor refund of customs duties in the case of international purchases) for exchanging items or changing your mind. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping their updated order when exchanging goods.
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Oceospashop offers a full refund in case of a change of mind, if it is made within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Returns must be sent within 14 days after we communicate about the issue.

Due to the nature of the polishing process, there will be some visual differences between the stone you receive and what appears on our website. If an item is faulty or very different from the description, please contact us to arrange the return. If the item is considered to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement may be made in the first instance. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. The cost of returning defective items will be refunded upon receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the product, in cases deemed necessary, before issuing a credit or refund.
Oceospashop reserves the right to refuse a return, if it does not correspond to our return policy or has not been authorized by email prior to receipt.
